The Heart of Northside (previously the North Presbyterian Church) is a community health center whose goal is to help you connect to the information and providers you need to become healthier in mind and spirit.

We bring together local healthcare providers from over 15 organizations to help you find what you need to be well – and stay well. There will be screenings for hypertension and diabetes, among others, and educational materials so you can start taking control of your health.

Come to the Heart of Northside and we will get healthy together, Saturday February 15th, 2pm -5pm!
