The Heart of Northside was honored to host the Flavors of Freedom Festival in November 2024, a collaboration between the Cincinnati Palestine Solidarity Coalition and Students for Justice in Palestine (University of Cincinnati). The event’s proceeds support the work of three critical organizations: Khartoum Aid Kitchen in Sudan, Goma Upendo in Congo and the Malak Fund in Gaza.
The evening included Cincinnati-area food vendors, arts & crafts, cultural performances, and a raffle—while standing in solidarity with those fighting for freedom and justice. More than 250 guests attended this event, which took over several areas of our facility and allowed guests to wander through different displays while enjoying art and food.
